Community Highlights:
Mercer Meadows HOA dues are invoiced annually and distributed in January. Our primary goal is to maintain high property values by upholding the CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) and maintaining the grounds, pool, and amenities. The pool is open during the summer months for your enjoyment. Water/Sewer services are provided by the City of Royse City.
We hold one annual meeting each year, and the details will be posted on this website. This is an excellent opportunity for you to stay informed about community updates and voice your opinions.
Architectural Changes:
Should you wish to make any exterior modifications or additions to your property, such as changing paint color, installing sheds, patio covers, pools, etc., it is crucial to submit an Architectural Review Form to the HOA for approval BEFORE commencing any work.
